Normally in the world, human bring five emotions to their life: Joy, Disgust, Anger, Fear and Sadness. We watch this type of emotions while walking, talking and expressing their emotions with different attitude. For us it is easy to identify with this type of chacters, theirs moods and their reactions.

Joy: “Whenever you'll stay focused in your inner joy, you have a special attitude about everything. You become joy itself and you experience an excellent change within. the joy spreads through your whole being and your awareness deepens it.
For Example: “Suddenly you see a friend you have not seen for several days and you are feeling joy arising in your heart. but you're focused on your friend not on your happiness. you're missing something and your joy is fleeting.
“Next time you see a friend and suddenly feel joyful, focus on this joy. Feel it and become it, and meet the friend whereas being responsive to and filled with your joy. Be present for your friend and at a similar time, remain centered in your happiness.
“You will try this technique in several situations: whereas looking at the sun rise, greeting your pet, playing ball along with your kid, looking at a leaf float to the bottom. Be focused in your joy. rather than being object focused, become self-centered. many people assume that after we feel joy, the cause is external. do not search “happiness” anywhere, Happiness is always within you and it depends on how you create your joy within yourself. The external scenario has simply triggered the joy within you.
