10 tips to Develop Peace and Spirituality




1. Read Peace and Spirituality Books: Think about what you want to read and find out how you can achieve that information in your life.

2. Meditation: Do Meditation for at least 15-20 minutes in a day. If you are beginer or you don't know how to do meditation, it is easy to find from websites, books or from meditation classes who can teach you meditation.

3. Concentration: Learn how to concentrate on your work. Through meditation and concentration exercies, you can able to concentrate on your mind.

4. Analyse: Analyse the fact and try to accept the truth. “ Spirit with a physical body, not a physical body with sprit”. If you really understand this idea and apply this your life, it will change your attitude towards many things in your life.

5. PositiveThinking: Suppose you find yourself thinking negatively, immediately switch and start thinking positively. Be in control whatever coming in your's mind, close it for the negative and always open the door for positive.

6. Mind: Look often in to yourself and concenrtrate on your mind, try to find out what it makes you feel conscious and alive.

7. Develop the Happiness: Don't find happiness anywhere it always comes from within. Don't think that your outer circumstances decide your happiness for you. “ There is no Cosmetic for beauty like Happiness”. So always look for the bright future.

8. Exerise: Exerise always helps your will power and decision making ability. This gives you a strengths and controls your mind.

9. Develop tolerance,tact and consideration for others. Keep patience and wait for something the good happen in your life.

10. Thanks for the nature world that gives you everything in your life.
