Shrimad Bhagwat Katha Enunciated the Divinity of Lord

Shrimad bhagwat katha

Religion is directly seeing, directly experiencing, directly perceiving, and directly realizing the truth within the Self.
“If there is one universal truth in all religions, I place it here- in realizing the God. Ideals and methods may differ, but God realization is the central point. There may be a thousand different radii, but they all converge to the one centre, and that is the realization of God.” - Swami Vivekandanda
Living without knowing its purpose and without meeting the creator of it is like living directionless, where the goal is not set and destiny is not at all pleasing, and hence, life can’t be at peace.
In order to reveal the highest truth of spirituality and to unite people at one convergence point of realizing God, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS)- a non-government, non-profit and a leading spiritual organization, head and founded by His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, organized a seven days program of Shrimad Bhagwat Katha, from 11th-17th May, 2016 at Ranchi, Jharkhand.
The program commenced with extending heartiest welcome to all guests, preachers, volunteers and audience. The humble and sincere prayer at the lotus feet of Lord Krishna laid the foundation of divinity. Series of devotional bhajans during the spiritual discourse added fuel to spiritual fire and created the huge positive impact by making people realize its role which cannot be replaced by any worldly or materialistic happiness.
The Spiritual discourser of the program- Sadhvi Vaishnavi Bharti Ji, daughter disciple of Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, very profoundly claimed the divine magic that happens when one realizes self after attaining Brahm Gyan. Sadhvi Ji profoundly stated that experience of being a Brahm gyani is exceptional and nothing can surpass that feeling. She explained through the divine acts of Mahabharata, that- God has His own peculiar ways of making things work. There is a purpose behind everything that happens in life, a purpose much beyond the perceptions of human heart and mind.
Audience was overwhelmed by knowing the power of spirituality. The program successfully served its supreme purpose by actually making people realize- (as also mentioned in Bhagwat Katha)-
“This body is not yours and neither are you of the body. But the soul is permanent- So who are you?”-
Know thyself and all questions will be answered. So come and seek refuge in the feet of a perfect master who will help you in solving this riddle and give you eternal happiness and peace.

DJJS organizes an exclusive youth awakening workshop 'JAAG JAWAN JAAG'

For the month-long auspicious occasion of Simhasth Mahakumbh, the holy premise of Ujjain has been thronged by inquisitives from all round the world. Devotees arriving for holy dip are amassing the pearls of divinity, thus enriching themselves. In this series, under the prudent guidance of H.H. Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan brought to light another grand facet of Kumbh, oriented exclusively for the youth of the nation– they being the backbone of society. Cognisant of the fact that a real change at ground level can be manifested in society only via the youth power, His Holiness has always expressed a special concern for the youth of society. In this purview, ‘Jaag Jawan Jaag’ – a youth awakening event was organised in the encampment of DJJS at Kumbh on 19th May 2016, which was attended by hundreds of youngsters belonging to NSS and the various universities around. Several renowned personalities and dignitaries were also present on the occasion, including Makhan Singh, Chairman Simhasta Mela Samiti, Vishnu Dutt Sharma – Rashtriya Upadhyaksh Nehru Yuva Kendra who greatly applauded the ideology of the Master and the commendable work done under His aegis to channelize the youth power.
The layout of the program was a perfect fusion of conventional aspects of religion and spiritualty and the contemporary and rational outlook of the modern-day youth. The sessions were highly interactive blended with activities and videos. DJJS representative Sadhvi Ruchika Bharti while addressing the youth emphasized on an addiction-free life through intriguing activities and Sadhvi Om Prabha Bharti elucidated on national responsibility nurturing feelings of patriotism. The star performance by the famous Bollywood comedian Deepak Raja and Ghazal maestro Panjak Riyaaz also won enthusiastic applauds from the participants. Another special attraction of the program was marked by an enlightening skit depicting the journey from Narendra to Swami Vivekananda– who is honoured as the youth icon even today. On top of all, the key aspect which leads to the making of a real youth, i.e. the science of Self-realisation through meditation was extensively highlighted by Sadhvi Tapeshwari Bharti in the concluding phase of the program. Don't Bother About Taunts of Others!

Don't Bother About Taunts of Others!
The person responsible for making France one of the great nations in the world was none other than Napoleon Bonaparte. When Napoleon was a small child, his mother sent him to a school in another town, though the family was not very rich. Napoleon had to study in a small place. The room in which he stayed was not in a good locality. The neighbourhood was full of quarrelsome, teasing, mischievous people who tried to let him down and make fun of him. When he sat for studies, a lady would trouble him calling him a bookworm and that he would die in the room with his head in the books one day.
Napoleon's mother used to write him a letter every week. Once, she wrote– 'Son, time is waiting for you to emerge as some useful personality. So, take advantage of the time and grab every opportunity of the student life. This is a formative period. If you miss the opportunity, you will have to cry for your whole life because then nothing would be left. That is why make right use of every minute you have at your disposal.'
Napoleon used to read the letters and get fresh inspiration from them. He, thus ignored the people who made fun of him and concentrated totally on his studies. One day, some students along with that lady stood in front of his small room and made a lot of fun of him. They taunted him saying that he is a termite… He does not know anything except licking books…  He is a useless fellow who does not go out, does not attend any party or dinner… who does not know anything about the world...
Napoleon listened to all those remarks quietly. Meanwhile, he received a letter from his mother. His mother had written– 'Son, your father died when you were a very small child. At that time, I was the only one to pray for you and to see dreams for you to be realised. If you forget your books and goals, what will happen to those dreams? You would be forced to bow in front of the world all through your life. On the other hand, if you would become someone worthwhile, the world would salute you and take your name with honour. Therefore, you should not let your valuable time go in vain.' And, while concluding her letter, she wrote to him that he was born in France; and, since his father was no more, so France itself was his father. Therefore, he should make every effort and bring glory to his great nation.
Napoleon, during his student life, took healthy food and did regular exercise. And, it is a tested formula that healthy food, right exercise, and a cheerful disposition keep the body and mind healthy and alert. Napoleon studied well. He topped in every class. After completing his studies, he became the supreme commander of the French Army and took France to the pinnacle of glory.
One day, while riding on a horse along with his soldiers, Napoleon went to the locality where he used to study in a small room. The French police surrounded him for security purposes. People from the neighbourhood crowded around him. Napoleon was sitting on the horse. Meanwhile, the lady who used to make fun of him came there. Her name was Helena. She was old by now. Napoleon asked her about the boy who studied in that small room. She told Napoleon that he was a bookworm and must have died somewhere. Who will know of him now? He was only seen when he went for jogging and exercise. Otherwise, he kept sitting day and night inside the room and never lifted his head from his books. He may not have perhaps raised his head to even see the world.
Napoleon smiled and told the woman that the same boy was sitting on the horse in front of her as the supreme commander of the French Army. His achievement was the result of one-pointed concentration on his goal and his determination to attain it! If he had bothered about the world, then, he would not be known to the world as one of the greatest military leaders who revolutionised the military organisation and training in France.

Shrimad Bhagwad Katha

Shrimad Bhagwad Katha

Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan organized the Katha with the sole purpose of benefiting the society and providing them with the insight into the real prominence of Shrimad Bhagwad Katha.
The Katha inaugurated with a procession, followed by vedic chanting, along with the holy fire oblation ceremony, pooja, and musical notes. All such initiatives before the oration of Katha are a spiritual calling that not only bring the wandering minds back but also the scattered energies into the Godly. During the Katha the traditional ceremony of lighting the sacred flame by the chief guests was also performed.
Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji enlightened the listeners with the divine plays of Lord Krishna. The unfolded scientific and the lucid acts that are usually left unrecognized. She explained specific quotes from Bhagwad Gita citing the adhyayas (chapters) of the scripture.
"Yada Yada Hi Dharmasya Glanir Bhavati Bharata Abhyuthanam Adharmasya, Tdathmanam Srijaami Aham "
The sole purpose of Lord Krishna to take avatar on the earth was to reunite mankind and rid it of all evils as He promised He would in Gita to Arjuna. All His acts served one goal- the goal of establishing peace and equanimity.
the sole identification is based on practical experience of God. Lord Krishna enabled the people of the time to experience the Supreme within and stay connected thereafter. She spoke of the ancient technique, Brahm Gyan, which enables one to reconnect with the supreme. It is the same technique Lord imparted Arjuna with in the battlefield with which he wasn’t just able to perform his worldly duties but also stay in union with the higher being – paramatama.

MAGICAL CODE TO SHOO AWAY FAILURES & DIFFICULTIES

spirituality

What is the difference between a ‘champion’ and an ‘average person’?”- This question was once asked to an English football player, Tom Hopkins. An apt and crisp reply came: “The single most important difference between champion achievers and average people istheir ability to handle rejection and failure.”

Perfectly true! To do a self-analysis check, just try answering genuinely in ‘yes’ or ‘no’ these questions:

Do you feel sad and disheartened when you meet with failures or difficulties?
What if these failures go on hitting you umpteen number of times?
Do you give up your determination when the world labels your idea as ‘impossible’?
Do you lose all your hopes, when situations don’t seem to be favouring you despite your maximum efforts?

If the answers to these questions are in ‘yes’, to whatsoever decibel of intensity, then here are a few exclusive real-life examples out of the innumerable ones, for you to receive sumptuous doses of inspiration!

The young and inexperienced shoulders of Chester Carlson were charged with the responsibility to look after the ailing parents due to adverse circumstances. When he was seventeen, he met with a sad demise of his mother. At the age of twenty four, his father also passed away. He struggled hard to earn a degree in physics, where after he tried rigorously for a job. Probably, you would receive a shock to know that he was rejected by “eighty two” firms before he made it to Bell Labs in New York.

In 1934, Chester was in a job where he had to make copies of drawings by hand. But, even after so many painful and challenging strokes, destiny was not yet over with its stock of difficulties for Chester. His hands used to pain a lot, with the problem aggravating as the time passed. Chester was suffering from the problem of arthritis. When his whole job and hence livelihood depended on his hands, which were now on their way to ditch him, what was Chester’s move? Did he quit the job… to take a difficult dive in the swarm of rejections? Or, was he readying himself to sit with his head in hands, crying and wailing over his state?

What choice he opted?

When difficulties, challenges and failures try to kick you hard and knock you down, don’t turn your mood off! That’s not the wise angle to look at things! Instead, adopt an intelligent perception… How? What is that magical code to shoo away all failures and difficulties? To know this and furthermore, read the complete article in February edition of English Akhand Gyan monthly magazine.

Meditation

Meditation

A wise philosopher-thinker said, “Pain is inevitable but suffering is optional,” suggesting that in spite of the presence of physical pain, one can overcome its impact and reduce the suffering one might go through in life. In metaphysical terms, that's called “mind over matter” which helps transcend physical pain by mental discipline and appropriate mind de-conditioning/training, as seen with meditation.

Now that sounded 'all in the air' till scientists investigated the neural basis of it, and proved it right. In fact, the idea of 'mind over matter' in the West was known for centuries. Marcus Aurelius (the philosopher-thinker) suggested it in his quote, “Remove your opinion about what gives you pain and you stand painless.” But, scientific investigation into the phenomenon has been recent with some interesting observations and findings.

In earlier issues, we have dwelled on the benefits of meditation in improving our attention span thus proving its cognitive benefits. Additionally, reduced emotional reactivity by cultivating a sense of equanimity in distressing situations and the lowering of pain sensitivity are other benefits of meditation demonstrated in different investigative studies. What lends more solid and supportive credence to it is the fact that brain imaging studies in long-term meditators have demonstrated that meditation can induce changes at a physiological level by manifesting such beneficial effects.

The other mechanism by which meditation leads to a lesser feeling of pain is by producing endorphins, which are natural pain relievers in the body. Meditation has also been shown to decrease the levels of stress hormones (e.g. cortisol and adrenaline), which otherwise increase anxiety during stressful stimuli like pain. Further, meditation also leads to increase in hormones like melatonin and DHEA, which help boost the immune system and promote a sense of calmness even during pain.

Conclusively, there is a definite, objective evidence of meditation leading to reduction in pain perception, and reducing the emotional impact of pain thus making it easier to bear. Now that gives you enough reason to tread the meditative path. And, just in case it inspires you to walk the road, Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, the Founder and Head of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Santhan, and the Perfect Master of the present times, is disseminating the eternal technique of true meditation in the form of 'Brahm Gyan'. Make best use of the opportunity and reap innumerable benefits by practicing the 'Brahm Gyan' meditation technique!

And, since the day of my inception, I have set forth on a grand mission to fulfill…to live it in my every page, my every corner, my every single word, i.e. to spread the significance of Guru and Brahm Gyan.

Monthly spiritual Congregation

Monthly spiritual Congregation

History remains a witness of this tradition, amongst many other meaningful ones that have stood strong since the Vedic times. Part of such tradition is satsang or sermon portion in which the disciple gains valuable lessons from the master. While the disciple feels immense pleasure in gaining cherish-able knowledge, master too feels honored in imparting knowledge to disciples who have the zeal to keep going on the path the Guru has shown.

DivyaJyoti Jagrati Sansthan holds numerous insightful spiritualevents. Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, founder and head of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan, is the foundation behind the spiritual inspirations being rendered at these events. Due to His benign grace the Vedic traditions are being practiced and taught to the next generations.

There are many projects currently being run by organization’s selfless volunteers, for example, one never fails to notice the Antardrishti stall at the events. Antardrishti- the project for visually and physically impaired serves by providing them work opportunities, allowing them to stand tall and proud on their own feet. These special people make products such as candles, soaps, etc. which are further sold by DJJS volunteers, to raise revenue and help them earn their living. BRAHM GYAN THE ULTIMATE TOOL TO ENHANCE PSYCHO- IMMUNITY

BRAHM GYAN THE ULTIMATE TOOL TO ENHANCE PSYCHO-
IMMUNITY

How to get established in the soul and function as the witness of the mind? How, after becoming

the witness, can one secure victory over the ailments of the mind? There is just one solution to all

these questions– Atma Gyan or Brahm Gyan, i.e. the knowledge of the Soul or Atman. Only on

taking refuge of a Perfect Master, one can be blessed with Brahm Gyan and experience the soul-
force in his inner world in the form of Light. But experiencing the Soul or Atman alone is not

enough. Through the regular practice of meditation, one needs to perfect the art of remaining

established in the Soul. We need to traverse the journey from the “mind” to the “Soul.”

For this constant practice and an attitude of renunciation is necessary. Lord Krishna said to Arjuna

while delivering the message of the BhagavadGita:

Asanshayam mahaabaaho

mano durnigraham chalam,

Abhyaasena tu kaunteya vairaagyena cha grihyate.

O mighty warrior! Indeed, the mind is fickle and with great difficulty it can be brought under

control. But, O son of Kunti! With constant practice and with the attitude of renunciation, it can be

brought under control.

Brahm Gyan based meditation is that extraordinary procedure with which we can transform the

dark and polluted photons, which encourage the growth of negative tendencies, into the ones

which are divine, brilliant, and conducive to positive tendencies that will lead to the growth of peace within. This was the procedure/technique that transformed the ferocious criminal like Angulimaal (in the
imes of Lord Buddha) into a peaceful and non violent human being. Therefore, Brahm Gyan

The preacher disciples of revered master, HIS Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (convenor and founder of DJJS), explained the meditation at length. They explained that meditation is not to concentrate on any external object or just sitting and closing the eyes but it is connecting with ourselves which can be achieved only after initialization of the divine eye through a technique called “Brahm Gyan”.

This leads to anxiety, fear, stress and at times depression. Human life is looking for moments of relief. The moments where one can delve into NOTHING or to the bare minimum, be with the self. Many hands on activities were conducted to explain the importance of meditation to burst the day to day stress. The session commenced with a short background relating to Stress. It was truly an interactive sessions where participants shared the day to day causes of stress. It was also stressed upon that stress is not always bad, it is good to have some amount of ‘positive stress’ to keep one motivated, inspired and zeal to achieve. some element of meditation as the therapy where one can be with himself/herself whether that is in the form of music, yoga, meditation etc. Though there are many meditation techniques prevalent in the society now, each one claims to be better than other.

By the end of the session there was total serenity and peace in the atmosphere, a perfect setting to create and achieve great heights.

DivyaJyoti Jagrati Sansthan is a multi-faceted socio-spiritual organization, founded and headed by His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji to actualize the vision of ‘Global Peace, through Self- Awakening’.And lack of proper communication of knowledge regarding its ill effects and also parent-child communication gap adds amount to it. Therefore, under the campaign Utthaan – a state of art initiative to end the incidences and onset of drug abuse amongst masses from different sections of the country, we conduct various awareness programs time and again.the regional branch of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan under its social initiative Drug Abuse Eradication Program, Bodh carried forth the message of ‘necessity of the clarity of mind’ when it comes to adopting or experimenting with drugs. During an open conversation on what are the reasons of drug abuse or why would one begin with drugs, most of the answers viz.a.viz curiosity, peer pressure and stress were rooted upon due to lack of rational information regarding the ill effects of drugs. Observing so, experts from the organization stressed upon various demonstrations, experiments and video screenings to provide a deep insight into how drugs function in the body and take a toll into one’s physical, mental and psychological being.

Curiosity, Peer Pressure & Stress found out to be the main reasons behind the beginning of substance abuse during workshop with students in Nagpur, Maharashtra | Utthaan Campaign

Getting Inspired for Inner Revolution Through Monthly Spiritual Programs

Since from childwood, we want to achieve so much, we have big dreams, we want to change so much around the world and want to create difference but we often forget that every change, every difference, starts from within. Until and unless our mind becomes completely healthy, it will lead us to nothing instead of failure and frustration. It is basically root of our mind, it causes lot of problems. Once we get power to control our mind, once we know how to come out of all the negativity, then it becomes easier to transform ourselves from within. Always our mind becomes our best friend and makes us to take right decisions and create difference in the society.

But the question is how we get power to control our mind? Answer is very simple, by realising our truth that is the soul within. The Soul is a part of a person that is believed to give life to the body and believed to live forever. Being a human it is our right to experience him within. Only a perfect master can bestow this Divine Knowledge- Brahm Gyan to a seeker. Once you realising your soul and learn the real part of meditation surely you understand the source of inner peace and happiness.

The Soul directs your mind for our senses and leads us to the path of propriety. Brahmgyan and meditation raises our level of awareness and elevates power to discrinate between right or wrong.
