DivyaJyoti Jagrati Sansthan is a multi-faceted socio-spiritual
organization, founded and headed by His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji
to actualize the vision of ‘Global Peace, through Self-
Awakening’.And lack of proper communication of knowledge regarding
its ill effects and also parent-child communication gap adds amount
to it. Therefore, under the campaign Utthaan – a state of art
initiative to end the incidences and onset of drug abuse amongst
masses from different sections of the country, we conduct various
awareness programs time and again.the regional branch of Divya Jyoti
Jagrati Sansthan under its social initiative Drug Abuse Eradication
Program, Bodh carried forth the message of ‘necessity of the
clarity of mind’ when it comes to adopting or experimenting with
drugs. During an open conversation on what are the reasons of drug
abuse or why would one begin with drugs, most of the answers
viz.a.viz curiosity, peer pressure and stress were rooted upon due to
lack of rational information regarding the ill effects of drugs.
Observing so, experts from the organization stressed upon various
demonstrations, experiments and video screenings to provide a deep
insight into how drugs function in the body and take a toll into
one’s physical, mental and psychological being.
