Confidence is an essential part of humanity and it is a combination
of self esteem and self efficacy. Self esteem is more related to
believing and we are competent in what we do and that we deserve to be
happy in life. Self efficacy is the internal sense or belief that we
can perform a variety of goals or tasks throught life.
