'Yug Nirmaani Naari' Took Holy Vows to Awaken and Actuate the Inner Strength at Nurmahal, Punjab

This world has always experienced the inner power and strength of women which is often manifested in their personalities. The life-changing thoughts and unending inspirations given by women have always contributed in the welfare of the society. The ultimate gift of God, who has to experience life full of struggle, exploitation, un-safety, partiality; and life a life devoid of freedom, authority, choice, decision making. The list goes on and on! Still, she carries the pure heart of doing selfless deeds, capable of caring each flower of garland, and the persistence to flow like a river to immerse in ocean.

In order to awake today's women for the bigger cause and to make them realize their inner strength, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) - a non-government, non-profit and spiritual organization, headed and founded by His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, organized the grand program of “Yug Nirmaani Naari- Shakti Jagran se Yug Jagran” on November 15th, 2015, from 8 am to 4 pm at divine land of Nurmahal, Punjab.

DJJS Organized Soul Enriching Shri Ram Katha at Rai Bareilly, UP

The purpose of holding Ram Katha is to impart the knowledge given in Shri Ramcharitmanas, and unravel the hidden meaning contained in the divine text. The Katha Vyas Sadhvi Praveena Bharti Ji, disciple of His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, beautifully elaborated the life and deeds of the supreme power –Lord Ram, the incarnation of Lord Vishnu. Sadhvi Ji gave incidences from the life of personalities from Ramcharitmanas, and acquainted the audiences with the gifts of Devotion (Bhakti), Divine Knowledge (Brahm Gyan) and Salvation (mukti). She encapsulated this by reciting a shloka; “bade bhagmanus tan pava, surdurlabh sab granthin gava”- Only humans have been given the principle and power of wisdom, and deed by the lord’s grace. The sole purpose of human life is to do the supreme work- attain Bhakti, Gyan and, Mukti from the cycles of life and death. Sadhvi Ji further went on to explain the need of a Perfect Master in one’s life.

The discourse was accompanied by devotional and soulful bhajans. The audience could be seen completely immersed. Katha also showcased an exhibition showing different projects run by Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan, such as Antardrishti (welfare program for the visually impaired), Antarkranti (prison reformation program), Manthan (holistic education program for the underprivileged), PEACE workshops, Bodh (drug de-addiction program), and Santulan (women empowerment program).

Shri Ram Katha – En Route to Establish Shri Ram within the Masses of Jalandhar, Punjab

Shri Ram the seventh incarnation of Lord Vishnu took his avatar in the Bronze Age i.e Treta Yug to annihilate the demon king Ravana. He is avowed for his immaculate temperament and his unrivaled modesty. Conducive to the above mentioned traits of Shri Ram, DJJS founded and headed by the revered master HIS holiness Shri Ashutosh Ji Maharaj, organized a 10 days spiritual program ‘Shri Ram Katha’ from Oct. 12 to Oct. 21 at Jalandhar, Punjab.

In spite of the huge assemblage of the devotees, the honorable dignitaries too showed their benign presence for all the ten days in large numbers. Aarogya

Furthering the mission of revival and promotion of Ayurveda as mainstream 21st century curative therapy DJJS Holistic Health Initiative ‘Aarogya’ organised its 10th Annual Sharad Purnima Ayurvedic Camps at DJJS centres based in Punjab, Haryana and Delhi on 26th Oct 2015. Thousands of people from across the country thronged at these camps to reap health benefits.
Sharad Purnima, the sacred Indian festival celebrated at the full moon night to mark the close of monsoon and onset of winters, beholds great medical significance. Ayurvedacharyas affirm that full moon of Sharad Purnima emits rays which have medicinal properties. It is for this reason, traditionally the festival is celebrated by fasting through the day and opening the fast by consumption of a special rice and milk preparation (Kheer) cooked in mud/ silver vessels in open moonlight. Enriched by the medicinal rays of the moon, the special kheer preparation is believed to cure several diseases which a person may confront with the onset of winter. It is considered very effective in the treatment of pitta doshas. In addition, the festival has great spiritual significance, dedicated to the worship of goddess Lakshmi, a seeker calls upon the mother to bless him with divine qualities.

MEMR Nature Conservators invited to walk for the cause of 'Sidhwan Cleanliness'

In wake of the growing pollution of Sidhwan Canal, a primary irrigation channel flowing through the city of Ludhiana, ‘The Sidhwan canal cleanliness initiative’ organised an awareness walk along Sidhwan on Tuesday, 15 Sept 2015. DJJS MEMR Nature Conservators were invited to join the walk and motivate residents to shoulder their due responsibility for the cleanliness of the water body.

All clad in sea green t- shirts, the nature conservator brigade of  DJJS marched along the canal holding educative posters and raising slogans of water conservation. “‘Water is life’, it is a well- known fact universally. However, when polluted with industrial waste, domestic waste and human waste, the same water instead of being a life saver becomes reason for death of many. Hence we advocate ‘CLEAN water is life’”, informed an MEMR Nature Conservator.

At the culmination point, MEMR Nature conservators formed human chain as a symbol calling upon united action for the conservation and management of water resource.

Delightful Monthly Spiritual Congregation Enriches Faith, Wisdom, and Endurance in the Keen Hearts at Divya Dham Ashram, Delhi

Peace, Strong will, and Strength in Unity were the divine flavors, dissipating throughout the Divya Dham Ashram’s Monthly Congregation, organized by Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan on October 4, 2015.  The program commenced with a series of devotional bhajans that filled the audiences’ hearts with zeal, compassion and dedication.

Present day real life examples as well as those from history were shared during the discourse by Sadhvi Aastha Bharti Ji, daughter-disciple of His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji. Sadhvi Ji spoke about the challenges and hurdles that a devout believer has to go through on the path of devotion. However an ideal devotee watches out and keeps progressing no matter what the situation is. Sadhvi Deepa Bharti Ji proclaimed one must not only overcome all challenging conditions but also be ready to confront any new trials. The Satguru makes his disciples undergo these trials and tribulations to mould them into better, stronger human beings and make them more spiritually evolved.

Slip Thy dewdrop in Thy Pool,

not to lose itself,

but to enlarge itself.

As Yogananda Paramahansa urges in the prayer above, a fully devoted dewdrop will one day enlarge itself by merging into the pool of devotion. Such is the goal a Satguru sets for each disciple that comes in His shelter. Swami Vishalanand Ji, also declared that just as a drop of water struggles to reach its source, so do we, the souls must face and triumph all bewildering situations to reach our ultimate goal – The Supreme Soul.

DJJS Kamdhenu Gaushala @ Akhil Bhartiya Muslim Gau Palak Sammelan

Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) was cordially invited at ‘Akhil Bhartiya Muslim Gau Palak Sammelan’ on Sept 13, 2015 at Ferozpur Jhirka, Mewat, Haryana. The Sammelan was organized by Muslim Rashtriya Manch, a muslim organization which was formed with the main objective to bring Hindu and Muslim communities close together in India.
Among the distinguished guests present were Shri Mahohar Lal Khattar (Chief Minister,Haryana), Shri Indresh Kumar (Senior RSS Pracharak & Margdarshak Muslim Rashtriya Manch), Imam Umer Ahmed Ilyasi (Chief Imam, All India Imam Organization), Dr. Vallabhbhai Kathuria (Chairman of Gauseva Ayog and Gauchar Vikas Board, Govt. of Gujarat) and representatives of RSS & various Muslim MLAs from Haryana state.
Swami Sumedhanand Ji, disciple of HIS Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, graced the audience with the message of HIS Holiness to bring peace and harmony at the level of every individual among all classes of society, nation and world at large. He also shared DJJS Kamdhenu Gaushala’s mandate on conservation, propagation and breed improvement of Indian breeds of cows. 
In order to motivate and inspire the Muslim community to domesticate mother cow and spread a word to stop cow slaughtering, many Muslim Gaupalaks and farmers, dedicated to conservation of cows across the country, were honoured.  Also, an informative & beautiful exhibition was put up together with the launch of a book called ‘Gau and Islam’.

The devotion to loose oneself and determination to seek truth is what makes a person, God’s true child. Whenever this world has witnessed unbelievable success, there has always been never ending determination and persistent efforts behind that, which makes great things possible. And, it has been proved that some accomplishments can only be achieved by “FIRM DETERMINATION”.

Such determination decides the future direction of one’s life and encourages the youth to look forward, always in these formative years. In order to understand its importance and need, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) - a non-profit and spiritual organization headed by His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, organized a concert especially for youth at Amritsar, Punjab on 30thAugust, 2015.

This event successfully served its purpose by inspiring the youth to keep moving on the divine and spiritual path. Melodious series of soulful renditions actuated everyone witnessing the concert. Revered spiritual speaker of the program- Sadhvi Vishwambhra Bharti Ji took in charge to enlighten the audience through her wise words. Sadhvi Ji cited various meaningful examples from the lives of great men that showed – “What it takes to have determined words and actions?”
