There is good news- this was never God's concept! If you've ever sensed that God has more in mind for you,but you're suspicious how to experience it, True Spirituality is for you. Shrimad Gita is an epitome to live a balanced life, the one which has a concrete purpose. To resurrect its true meaning and application in today’s era, the occasion called “Geeta Jayanti” was celebrated with full favor through different events organized by DJJS (Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan) all over India.Spirituality says that even if you think you're limited and small, it simply isn't so. You're higher and more powerful than you have ever imaginary. A great and divine light exists inside of you. This same light is also in everyone you know and in everyone you will ever know in the future. Spirituality connects you with the profoundly powerful and spiritual force that's present in this universe. Whether you're looking for worldly success, inner peace, or supreme sophistication, no knowledge can propel you to achieve your goals and provide as effective a plan for living as does spiritual knowledge.

5 Simple Ways To Find True Happiness - peace and spirituality

1. Now is the moment:

“Past is just a memory, future is a mental projecion”. You can choose past for learning and joyous reflection. You can choose future for planning, visualization and achieving goal. However any time your awareness divert away to the past or future life for negative purposes. to find your happiness the only way to grow in the only moment you ever have.

2. Do things you love:

Take a vacations every season, but as long as you get to do the things you love every once in a while, you will find greater happiness.

There is a lot of difference between searching for happiness and following your joy. Following your joy is all about listening your heart's desires, noticing what truly inspires you and recognizing your soul's purpose. A good starting point is to reflect on the question "When am I at my happiest?"

4. Invest in relationships:

No matter how many people may tell you, money will never buy your happiness. Money makes you to buy the things but relationships makes you feel happy in your life. Money buys things and if you share these things will you be able to be happy. You can be happy if you don’t have things to share as well, so long as you have people around you that care for you and they love you. Their feelings and positive emotions will reflect on to you and you can also give the same back to them.

5. Do something good for others:

If you can't put a smile on your face, put a smile on others. Doing good with others will often result in that good, feeling of joy.

History of Classical Bhajans

The Bhaktikal in India- The age ruled out by Akbar was a great gift to India. Akbar not only responsible for the governance in India. He had a many qualities in him. He was a muslim but then also he had great respect for Hinduism in his heart.  Whatever may be the reason, on that time he is a grace of God on India. But thats is the really great time for India. In India, all the people had a very emotional heart and calm mind  in which god lived himself. All over the India Saints like Raidas, Mirabai, Tulsidas, Kabirdas and many others took birth in India. They were always satisfied and they all possessed a great devotional for God

Saints self satisfaction can be expressed by a story of Raidas: Once a merchant had to go out of the village and he thought that he should keep his precisous stones and golden ornaments to any such man who is more reliable and honest. In his point of view, no one is honest in the village. Then merchant took all his ornaments to the saint and asked him to help him. The saint agreed to save all his ornaments and told all the ornaments keep in the saint's house. After few days saints wife, when cleaning the house without seeing ornaments she dumped all that in the garbage. Both of couples not worried about the ornaments and even they did not remember them.

After few days merchant came asked about the assests: saint told him where you kept it, see that in the same place. He did not find anything from that place, he started crying and saying you had cheated me. But saints was not bewildered on the merchant reaction. Then Saint took merchant to the bank of river and told that he did not have any such kind of priviledges in these material things then why should he remove those things.  Why should he will remove golden ornaments and stones when he was able to get a lot of them. Then merchant asked how that is possible ? Raidas just dipped his hands in the river and when he took his both hands  out the merchant, he was shocked to by seeing radient ' Paras' stone in his hands .When the saint get ferrous things in touch with the stone whole of the object the transformed into a golden object .

An ultimate Remedy to stress - peace and spirituality

Calculate your score for the following questionnaire:

  • Feel tired or fatigued even after taking adequate sleep?
  • Experience frequent mood swings?
  • Face difficulty in taking decisions?
  • Face problem in concentration and remembering important things?
  • Experience headache, stomach disorders, and restlessness?
  • Fall short of time often and have to rush to get the job completed?
  • Unable to perform tasks well?
  • Observe changes in appetite– desire to binge or loss of appetite?
  •  Lack the zeal and spirit to deal with the situations in life?
  • Even trifle matters annoy you or make you upset?

Today's fast-running life has unfortunately magnified the scores of such questionnaires, thus labelling the present age as the age of stress and anxiety. According to the American Institute of Stress, 75% to 90% of visits made by the people to primary care physicians are due to stress. In America, 78% men are stressed about money, 55% about job stability, 58% about housing costs and 63% for the health problems affecting their families. It is estimated that in the UK, over 13 million working days are lost every year because of stress. In fact, such a shocking state of statistics is prevalent in almost every part of the world today and for all age groups, be it the youth, the middle-aged or the old. These stress statistics undoubtedly present before us a distressed and diseased state of the world.
Someone has rightly distinguished between health and disease by calling 'health' as the phase of life characterised by successful adjustment with the circumstances, while 'disease' being the phase of failure in establishing this harmony. In other words, it's all dependent upon how well a person tunes himself to the challenges and pressures surrounding him. If he is able to work out a successful adjustment for himself, he is said to be healthy, else diseased (or stressed in specific). It is due to this absence of tuning today that we see more and more people falling into the abyss of stress.
Once a disciple asked his Master, “O Master, how many moons does it take to light up the earthly night sky?”
The Master replied– "One".
Disciple: O Master, how many moons does it take to light up the Mars' night sky?
Master: Two.
Disciple: O Master, how many moons does it take to light up the Saturn' night sky?
Master: Sixty-two.
Disciple: O Master, how many moons does it take to light up the solar night?
Master: None, because there are no nights there!
So, why not be like the Sun (which signifies the effulgent Self), where no single trace of darkness of stress exists! The very term loses its existence. Then, no trifling moons of antidepressants or counselling or therapies are needed and one basks in the brilliance of the divine rays of enlightened soul.

World Religions for World Peace

Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan established under the Mentorship of His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, is a socio-spiritual-cultural, not-for profit organisation.

We maintain that every major religion of the world – Hinduism, Buddhism, confucianism, Christianity, Jainism, Islam, Sikhism, Judaism - has similar ideals of affection, a similar goal of benefiting humanity through spiritual practice and also the same impact of making their followers into better human beings. All religions teach ethical precepts for perfecting the functions of mind, speech and body.  All teach us not to lie or steal or take other's lives and so on. The common goal of all ethical precepts set down by the great teachers of humanity is unselfishness. The great teachers needed to guide their followers away from the paths of negative deeds caused by ignorance and to introduce them to paths of goodness.

All religions agree upon the necessity to manage the undisciplined mind that harbours selfishness and different roots of problems and each problem teaches a path leading to a spirituality state that's disciplined peaceful, ethical and wise. It's in this sense that we think all religions have primarily an equivalent message. Variations of dogma is also ascribed to variations of time and circumstance as well as cultural influences. So, there's no end to scholastic argument when we acknowledge the purely spiritual side of religion. However, it's much more useful to implement in daily life the shared precepts for goodness taught by all religions instead of to argue about minor variations in approach.

Finding Peace in Retirement

Life isn't simple between the analysis of growing up and also the tribulations of with success navigating a career, there’s lots of hardship that should be overcome. If people are going to reach the level of happiness that they deserve. This can be equally true when people reach their retirement age and start to settle into their twilight years. Yet far from being the joyous period when they get to live out the rewards of their lifelong efforts, some people struggle to adapt to their newly acquired free time and instead travel down a path towards unhappiness.

Here, we provide some guidance on how you'll be able to acquire some peace. If it applies to you, read the Spiritual Magazine text books at djjs.org. If it’s for a parent, try to push the conversation towards this line of thinking.

It is difficult to accept that we are moving on in our lives, that we've got more in our past than in our future, that our bodies are telling us that we aren't as young as we wont to be. For some, that could be when they can’t quite make the same sporting play they used to be able to play or once they would like a little extra help around the home or for women, when their body enters biological time stage.

Yet you don’t need to automatically accept these facts as a bad thing. Whatever you make of them – and in any case, you'll and can take them in your stride. Not being able to play sport gives you longer to focus on reading and improving your mind and spirituality, while menopause, though not adequate, will be managed with proper management.

Put another way: this things are going to happen one way or another, thus there’s little point trying to fight with them. You can, however, put the most effective possible spin on whatever happens – it’s all about attitude!
