DJJS evoked 'Inner Shakti'

 DJJS evoked 'Inner Shakti'

India is full of worshippers, no matter what God they worship but are very sincerely and devoted to their Gods and Goddesses. Ma Durga has a special place in their hearts. People worship them and pray for strength, courage and compassion. As Goddess Durga is seated on Lion, she is an epitome of power. She is THE holy mother who destroys ego and jealousy from our hearts. But, is singing a prayer every day enough? No one can gain the traits without first experiencing the divinity of Goddess Durga.
A Mother has the potential
To carve a life that can outshine;
Salutes to the one who guides her child,
To tread the path of Lord Divine!
In order to make people know about the correct way of experiencing the divinity of Goddess, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) - a non-profit, non-government and a leading spiritual organization, headed and founded by His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, organized a program of Mata Ki Chowki on 25th April, 2016 at Jalandhar, Punjab.
The program initiated with the humble prayer at the lotus feet of Goddess Durga. Thereafter, series of devotional bhajans and prayers just compelled the audience to dance along with the melodious tunes. In some of the bhajans, audience was awestruck by the inspirational lyrics which were trying to make them understand that the supreme consciousness (Lord in the form of divine light) can be seen and the life cannot be successful without witnessing its divine kingdom within one’s heart.
The spiritual discourser of the programme- Sadhvi Manglawati Bharti Ji, profoundly explained the divine message that God and Goddesses are trying to give to the mankind through their spiritual acts. No matter, whether one worships Goddess Durga or Goddess Saraswati or Goddess Lakshmi, the divinity of that supreme consciousness is the same. God is one and it has no gender.
The ‘Shakti Jagran’ is only possible when true spiritual master of the time bestows the Divine eye to witness the Lord within one’s soul. Only then, the power which was in the dormant state inside will be manifested outside.
The program served the holy purpose of generating the spiritual spirit in the hearts of audience and encouraged each one to witness the actual “Shakti” existing within them.

The Quality Management of Thoughts

Quality management of thoughts

Quality management is a mode to control one's mind and re-channel one's mental energy in the form of thoughts in the positive direction. However, this requires deepening our level of awareness; for only then we can learn to be cautious of our thinking process and develop higher level of understanding. In other words, develop our power of wisdom. There is a world of difference being knowledgeable and being wise. It is not necessary that the so called intellectual, are equally wise. General survey depicts that 80% of people are knowledgeable, while only 20% are wise. What is the difference between being knowledgeable and being wise? Actually there is no doubt that a knowledgeable man possesses high intellect and sharp mind with whole stack of information stuffed in him. The only difference lies in the way he utilises his stored and memorized facts and figures. Where a wise man is equipped with a sword of discriminative power, which he utilises in every action he performs, there is a simply knowledgeable man, with an underdeveloped discriminative power, is inspired and propelled by his mood swings and irrational judgments. For instance, a knowledgeable man, no doubt, feels sad, seeing poor and deprived people, but, at the same time, being swayed by his mood swings, he from the burning heat of jealousy, seeing the happy people, thus, due to lack of wisdom, he is destined to be perturbed and restless. On the contrary, a wise man, being discriminative enough, knows how to be at bay from the agitating feelings of disturbance and restlessness. Considering the failure as a stepping stone to success, he never gets haunted by depression and conflicts. He follows the principle depicted in the phrase:
"STOP, LOOK, GO."
Utilizing the deep insight to scrutinize the situation that he confronts, first he sees and analyses everything patiently and then he comes to the final judgement of taking right action in the right direction. Thus, in addition to discriminative power, wisdom demands highly developed patience power too, for it is well said:
"HASTE MAKES WASTE."
However, such an exalted state of quality management is the by-product of spirituality only. Spirituality guides us how to re-channel and re-direction mental energy into a positive direction. Not only this, it deepens our level our level of awareness flowering into the enhancement of discriminative power and the development of patience power, making us wise enough to deal efficiently with the world within and without. Spirituality, involving the communion with our soul, produces the sparkling effect on our mental robes.
To be continued..
It is a well-known fact:
"A MAN IS KNOWN BY THE COMPANY HE KEEPS"
The mental make-up of a man is developed according to his company. This happens because the way our mental vibrations affect our environment, the cumulative mental vibrations of our environment, the company we keeps, also affect us. All this being the play of vibrations, the spirituality dealing with the vibration-energy of our soul can effectively exercise an alchemical effect on our mind. The soul being the part and parcel of GOD is an embodiment of positivity and, hence, is the fountain head of positive vibrations. Thus being treasured with positive reverberations, the company of the unconditioned, pure soul can inculcate virtuous thoughts and feelings in us. In addition, negative thoughts are dissipated and transmuted, leading to the springs of happiness. Communion with soul is the only way to bridle the wavering mind, enabling us to extract the most out of it, for:
"MIND IS A GOOD SERVANT BUT A BAD MASTER."
Moreover, the direct experience of soul, the embodiment of supreme peace and eternal bliss, is the only way to relinquish your lower, negative traits and tendencies, for it is well said:
"YOU CAN NOT GIVE UP THE LOWER UNLESS YOU POSSESS A TASTE FOR HIGHER"
(SVAMI BRAHMANANDA)
The implication is that once you relish the sweet nectar of supreme peace and eternal bliss gushing out of your soul, you can easily recognize the bitterness of the negativities incurred by your mind and, hence, will be able to eschew them easily.
No doubt, the modern scientific age of computers has thrown us on the escalator of highly ambitious aspirations, but it has equally robbed us of inherent charms of life; like, sound sleep, feeling of joy, stress-free life, and etc. Today's hectic schedules not only over-burden mind but also lead to stress. However, simple, god-gifted, inherent charms and joys that otherwise are deluding us, being pressurized by stressful life, can be regained and restored through spirituality; for, it, by helping in the control of indolence, ego, and anger, creates an inner atmosphere of tranquillity by cleansing the cluttered mind and simplifies life by helping in confidence-building. It strives to free an individual from the confining and burdensome pressures of daily life. However, such divine company can be achieved by the grace of a PERFECT MASTER only who bestows upon us the direct perception of our soul while imparting the entire gamut of TRUE KNOWLEDGE.

5 Ways to Recharge Your Life

5 Ways to Recharge Your Life

You are all set to take the next step in the ladder of your life. The go-getter hidden inside you urges you to proceed and undertake a challenging task. But, all of a sudden, you find yourself entrapped in adverse circumstances. This is what happens with most of those who dare to accept the challenge, but can’t keep it due to their wavering belief and commitment.
What pulls you back? Is it your stereotyped thought-pattern or your negative emotions? Your reluctance to forget your past deeds or any other bitter experience of life might be the reason behind your degrading performance. All in all, motivation is the driving force behind your prompt actions to tackle burning issues that surface in the course of your life. But when this force is lost, you lose the momentum that keeps you going.
The Founder and Head of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS), His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, often says that a person needs to establish a connection with his inner self in order to attain peace and happiness. His teachings have emerged as the guiding path for innumerable devotees who have realized happiness not by finding it outside, but by exploring their inner self. Though this technique remains the foremost medium of transformation, there are many other ways to break free and raise yourself from the humdrum of life.
So, here we bring to you five simple ways to revive your zeal and kick-off YOUR JOURNEY TO A NEW YOU.
  • Take a journey inside – Every morning brings a fresh start of the day. So, make it a habit to enrich this beginning with a self-analysis.  Take out just 15 minutes time and leave your mobile phone to stay free. Relax and analyze yourself. Ask yourself how you are going to make this day special. Be it at home or at workplace, your liveliness and cheerful attitude will influence the people around you. Though you are entrapped by fallouts or arguments, try to resolve them without holding grudges.
  • Rejuvenate your senses – Well, workout is a crucial ingredient of your time table. Don’t forget to go for a morning walk or you can even exercise or perform aerobics or yoga at home or at the terrace. The purpose is to get rid of mental weariness and shun the burden of useless thoughts that you might have carried through previous days. Just chill with new morning and refresh yourself completely. This is a trigger to your whole day.
  • Participate in activities – Are you an introvert? No worries. Do away with your reserved attitude. Go out, meet people and participate in different sorts of activities that are organized by your society welfare associations. You can spearhead programs or drives on special days like World Environment Day, thereby generating awareness on a social issue. Get active even at your workplace and be a part of the interactions. Great ideas like organizing games every Friday with delightful snacking make your workplace interesting.
  • Unveil your passion – No doubt, you might not have pursued your hobby or a talent gifted by god. Carry out an introspection and discover what you feel about it now. Don’t let your passion go even if you are engrossed in your work schedule. Take out some time like on weekends and develop your talent like taking Photography classes if you like to capture special moments in your camera.
  • Be a medium of change – While following your routine schedule, devote some time to noble causes and get associated with an NGO. Your youthfulness, your enthusiasm, your original ideas can be the harbinger of a better tomorrow for under-privileged sections of the society that need your support and contribution.
Emphasizing the power of youth, Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji always says, “Youth have tremendous potential. But they need guidance to channelize it in the right direction and become socially and morally responsible citizens of their nation.”
It is indeed a thought-provoking remark by this spiritual personality who is the source of inspiration for numerous youngsters today. Boasting good profiles, those youngsters have witnessed a sea change in their personality and remain at the forefront of all the social programs of DJJS.
Well, we had a quick sneak peek at easy ideas to recharge your life and sustain the momentum within. You struggle day and night to actualize or implement your plans and sometimes, you get victimized by boredom, owing to the monotony of  your routine schedule. Nevertheless, it’s up to you whether you want to sit back or you step up to revitalize your mind, body and soul.

An Ultimate Remedy to Stress

 DJJS
Calculate your score for the following questionnaire:

  1. Feel tired or fatigued even after taking adequate sleep?
  2. Experience frequent mood swings?
  3. Face difficulty in taking decisions?
  4. Face problem in concentration and remembering important things?
  5. Experience headache, stomach disorders, and restlessness?
  6. Fall short of time often and have to rush to get the job completed?
  7. Unable to perform tasks well?
  8. Observe changes in appetite– desire to binge or loss of appetite?
  9. Lack the zeal and spirit to deal with the situations in life?
  10. Even trifle matters annoy you or make you upset?
Today's fast-running life has unfortunately magnified the scores of such questionnaires, thus labelling the present age as the age of stress and anxiety. According to the American Institute of Stress, 75% to 90% of visits made by the people to primary care physicians are due to stress. In America, 78% men are stressed about money, 55% about job stability, 58% about housing costs and 63% for the health problems affecting their families. It is estimated that in the UK, over 13 million working days are lost every year because of stress. In fact, such a shocking state of statistics is prevalent in almost every part of the world today and for all age groups, be it the youth, the middle-aged or the old. These stress statistics undoubtedly present before us a distressed and diseased state of the world.
Someone has rightly distinguished between health and disease by calling 'health' as the phase of life characterised by successful adjustment with the circumstances, while 'disease' being the phase of failure in establishing this harmony. In other words, it's all dependent upon how well a person tunes himself to the challenges and pressures surrounding him. If he is able to work out a successful adjustment for himself, he is said to be healthy, else diseased (or stressed in specific). It is due to this absence of tuning today that we see more and more people falling into the abyss of stress.
The Oxford dictionary defines stress as a state of mental or emotional strain resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances. It is a pressure or tension that has the tendency to cause deformation or damage not only on the outside but also inside, in the form of disruption of the equilibrium state of the body's bio-chemical setup. The biochemical processes taking place inside the body strive to maintain a state of equilibrium called homeostasis. However, stress is the condition that tends to disturb this equilibrium. The moment the setup is thrown out of balance, an instinctive reflex action comes into play in the form of fight or flight mechanism. It's essentially a series of nervous system firings, which release stress hormones in the body. Let's understand it from the perspective of the functioning of an individual's physiological mechanism.
A particular branch of the nervous system is called the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS), which is responsible for many functions in the body that occur “automatically”. These include digestion, blood pressure, body temperature and heart rate. ANS is divided into two parts– the sympathetic and the parasympathetic autonomic nervous systems. When a person faces a stressful situation, the state of equilibrium gets disrupted and the sympathetic nervous system puts him into a state of arousal through fight or flight mode. It triggers this action in order to help him deal with the stressor in a better way. Then the parasympathetic system steps in and tries to calm him down, thus restoring the state of balance and relaxation.
A person lands up in trouble when the stressors go on throwing attacks on him one after the other. This results in frequent triggering of the sympathetic nervous system, which is in 'always on' mode as compared to the parasympathetic nervous system, which doesn't get time and opportunity to restore the balance. The frequent triggering of sympathetic nervous system means that a person repeatedly jumps into fight or flight mode, thereby becoming more aggressive and impatient in responding to the situations. Moreover, frequent disturbances in the state of equilibrium cast an impact on the immune system of the person, thus making him more susceptible to virus attacks and infections. Studies have shown that the hormones released on experiencing stress reduce the rate of neurogenesis– a mechanism of the growth of new neurons in the hippocampus. These new neurons play an important role in absorbing the impact of stress. A study led by Heather Cameron was reported in the journal Nature. In this study, the scientists interrupted neurogenesis in mice and then observed their response to stress. It was found that the level of the corticosterone hormone was elevated, which meant a downfall in their ability to recover from stress.
Experiments reveal that a body's response to a stressful condition consists of three stages, together known as General Adaptation Syndrome (See fig.1).
In the alarm stage, the adrenaline upsurge triggers the fight or flight response in an individual. If the situation persists, the individual remains perpetually aroused, with blood still having elevated levels of glucose. The depletion of inner energy resources of the body continues. The exhaustion stage finally brings a person to a state where all his resources are exhausted and his bodily functions become unable to maintain normal course of action anymore.
Today, lot many remedial measures are being adopted to cope with the problem of stress and anxiety. These include medication, therapies, exercises, along with the offer of other defence mechanisms like rationalisation, passive aggression, etc. However, the stress index still shows a continuous increase. Or, in other words, the happiness index yet fails to show a substantial rise in response to the measures adopted today. It seems as if we are playing the game of snakes and ladders in the name of dealing with stress. The hits and trials made at times make us climb a ladder and take us to a seemingly better state. But, soon the effect  gets diminished and the person falls back to square one. The moot question, therefore, is: 'How to relieve or save oneself from the trap of the stress monster?'
To understand the answer to this question, consider a spider web. A spider sits in the centre and keeps on weaving a web around it. Now, if someone pricks the web or even ruptures it, the problem remains unsolved. Reason being, the root cause is still alive and remains unharmed by any number of attacks on the web. The attack needs to be targeted at the core, where the spider sits; because, once the spider is killed, the web ceases to exist forever. Likewise, the web of stressors in which we often get trapped, keep troubling us despite our sincere attempts to overcome them. In order to seek a permanent relief from this painful trap, we need to launch an attack at the core, i.e. the mind. It is because all our actions and reactions are carried out under the commands of our mind, which itself is unstable or lacks wisdom. Whether a particular situation is seen as a stressor or a challenge to be won– all depends on our mind. It is essential to snatch the decision-making power from the unstable mind and give the charge to the enlightened soul. An awakened soul is the storehouse of wisdom. Every thought, before being manifested in the form of action, when filtered through wisdom gets rectified and purified. In this manner, the incoming signals from any stressor undergo a complete flip-over on coming in contact with the divine rays of the soul and are perceived judiciously. Hence, a person opts neither for the fight mode nor the flight mode; instead he chooses for himself the wise mode of action which saves him from getting trapped in the labyrinth of stress and anxiety.
Besides being a preventive measure from getting attacked by the malady of stress, soul's awakening also works as a powerful remedy for those who have unfortunately got slipped into the stress-trap. A well-known example comes from the age-old stress management book– the Holy Gita. Arjuna was a great warrior. However, on seeing his near and dear ones as his rivals on the opposite side in the battlefield, all his strength and vigour got vaporised in a flash and he was doomed in stress. At that time, Lord Krishna took Arjuna through extensive counselling sessions and procedures such as behavioural and cognitive therapies, as termed by the modern day psychology. But, no appreciable outcome was observed. Results were seen only when the Lord imparted the ultimate and time-proven technique to Arjuna. He initiated Arjuna into the eternal science of self-realisation, where after Arjuna realised his true nature and potential to deal with the challenging situations in life. The same Arjuna, who had met with a severe state of stress, was set free from its terrible clutches on becoming self-attuned. Today, the Bhagavad Gita is referred to as the ultimate guide for stress management. It clearly highlights the crucial need to seek refuge of a Perfect Master and attain the practical technique of Self-realisation from him. It is because a Perfect Spiritual Master alone is entitled to bestow this ultimate panacea upon the seekers and inquisitives and save them from the maladies like stress and depression. That's why, he is said to be the Supreme Psychologist, the Supreme Therapist, and the Supreme Doctor of the times.
This ultimate remedy works wonders for an individual as it brings a complete revolution in his mindset and his perception for the situations confronting him. Thereafter, whenever a challenge or obstacle comes in his way, he crosses it with full vigour and vitality, just like the military people do when they undergo their trainings. Obstacle trainings form an essential part of stressful fields like military, army, police, etc. Each obstacle poses a stressful challenge to the trainee. And, crossing the obstacles or crushing them marks his victory, which certainly gives a strong boost to his confidence and enthusiasm. The succeeding phases of trainings bring to him still bigger and tougher challenges/obstacles. But, the trainee does not perceive those bigger obstacles as a threat to his potential; rather, to deal with them, he braces himself up with even bigger levels of energy and vitality. We need to adopt the similar approach when confronted with challenges and hurdles. On seeing the stressors coming your way in the form of obstacles, you don't have to surrender before them or become stressed. Face them with a spirit and cross them or crush them forever, and maintain this zeal till your training to become a perfect warrior is accomplished. Remember, carbon turns into a sparkling diamond only after facing the heat and pressure for years together without giving up. Likewise, by knowing the correct technique, you can turn the heat of challenges and pressures of deadlines and targets in your favour, making you strong and brilliantly shining like diamonds instead of crushing you.
Once a disciple asked his Master, “O Master, how many moons does it take to light up the earthly night sky?”
The Master replied– "One".
Disciple: O Master, how many moons does it take to light up the Mars' night sky?
Master: Two.
Disciple: O Master, how many moons does it take to light up the Saturn' night sky?
Master: Sixty-two.
Disciple: O Master, how many moons does it take to light up the solar night?
Master: None, because there are no nights there!

So, why not be like the Sun (which signifies the effulgent Self), where no single trace of darkness of stress exists! The very term loses its existence. Then, no trifling moons of antidepressants or counselling or therapies are needed and one basks in the brilliance of the divine rays of enlightened soul.

Shiv Katha

Shiv Katha

Lead us from ignorance to truth; Lead us from darkness to light; Lead us from death to deathlessness.

This prayer from the Holy Scriptures has been recited in every era. Knowingly or unknowingly, every heart looks for peace and tranquility at the end of day. All the materialistic fixtures of life do not provide the solution to the hollowness that one feels. Though society’s condition is grim today, good news is that solution is available and that too permanent.

To disperse the light of Lord everywhere in spite of ignorance of malicious desires, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) organized an insightful Shiv Katha. With the everlasting grace of His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (convener and head of DJJS), the Katha was organized from April 22nd to April 26th, 2016 in the historic city of Ludhiana, Punjab. Katha orator, Sadhvi Tripada Bharti Ji, gleamed light on the in-depth meanings of Lord Shiva’s holy attire as well as each of HIS divine plays featured in our Holy Scriptures.

Sadhvi Ji further explained that to take away pain and suffering, to rid the humans of vices, and to destroy all evils, Lord Shiva works day and night. He has been termed as ‘Triumbakam’, the one with 3 eyes. He is known to epitomize spiritual meaning of the third eye - the divine eye. According to the scriptures, all humans possess the third eye, scientifically known as the pineal gland. Once the third eye is awakened, an individual experiences the light and the true form of Lord Shiva within.

In addition to learning about Lord’s exterior look, the attendees of the katha also acquired information on how to awaken the third eye and be one with the Lord. His Holiness is continuously imparting Divine Knowledge, the scientific technique of experiencing Lord, Brahm Gyan. It is the ancient method of entrance to the inner realm of everlasting peace, tranquility, and equanimity.

HOW TO BREAK THE HATE-CIRCUIT?

It's true that we hold our lives very dear to ourselves. But, do we also hold dear those traits which actually make us alive in the true sense? As none of us would be ready to exchange our lives with howsoever big an offer comes to allure us; why then we discount our humanistic ideals in exchange of trifle allurements, succumbing to the commands of our mind?

One of the prime yardsticks that characterize a human being is 'forgiveness'. It's a trait which can metamorphose the entire behavioral make-up of an individual. On the other hand, if in place of forgiveness, hatred is nurtured, it severely harms the life. How forgiveness acts as a boon and hatred as bane, let's analyze…

A proverb says– ' The man who opts for revenge should dig two graves.' In fact, the reality extends much beyond. It is not just the subject and the object of hatred, which are affected. Instead, the vibrations emanating from a person filled with the thoughts of hatred inflict threat to his surroundings, and the world at large. These vibrations cause disturbance in the magnetic field of the earth, thereby disrupting its state of equilibrium and peace.

Research by psychologists has made it evident that with the upsurge of hatred feelings on recalling past incidents, there is a parallel effect on one's physiology. The blood pressure, heart beat rate, and sweat gland activity increases, which certainly causes inconvenience. Coming to the impact on psychology, when we nurture the feelings of hatred in our inner being, truckload joules of heat is generated in the brain, thereby upsetting the nervous system. Consequently, the entire dynamics of the psycho-setup gets badly affected, thrashing down the peace of mind to pieces.

Therefore, the wise ones always recommend that when you encounter any situation which tends to shatter your inner peace with the toxic fumes of hatred, adopt an intelligent route. Remind yourselves that although it is easier to reciprocate injustice with hatred, yet you will poison your inner-being by entertaining such feelings. Try practicing forgiveness once. After tasting its fruit, it's guaranteed that you will never revert to the path of hatred. In this manner, you will be the fortunate one to say, “I was doubly benefited! I wasn't harmed by your attacks; simultaneously, I wished for your well-being! These benefits were worth procuring than the momentary satisfaction of hatred and revenge!”

BRAHM GYAN THE ULTIMATE TOOL TO ENHANCE PSYCHO- IMMUNITY

BRAHM GYAN THE ULTIMATE TOOL TO ENHANCE PSYCHO-
IMMUNITY

How to get established in the soul and function as the witness of the mind? How, after becoming

the witness, can one secure victory over the ailments of the mind? There is just one solution to all

these questions– Atma Gyan or Brahm Gyan, i.e. the knowledge of the Soul or Atman. Only on

taking refuge of a Perfect Master, one can be blessed with Brahm Gyan and experience the soul-
force in his inner world in the form of Light. But experiencing the Soul or Atman alone is not

enough. Through the regular practice of meditation, one needs to perfect the art of remaining

established in the Soul. We need to traverse the journey from the “mind” to the “Soul.”

For this constant practice and an attitude of renunciation is necessary. Lord Krishna said to Arjuna

while delivering the message of the BhagavadGita:

Asanshayam mahaabaaho

mano durnigraham chalam,

Abhyaasena tu kaunteya vairaagyena cha grihyate.

O mighty warrior! Indeed, the mind is fickle and with great difficulty it can be brought under

control. But, O son of Kunti! With constant practice and with the attitude of renunciation, it can be

brought under control.

Brahm Gyan based meditation is that extraordinary procedure with which we can transform the

dark and polluted photons, which encourage the growth of negative tendencies, into the ones

which are divine, brilliant, and conducive to positive tendencies that will lead to the growth of peace within. This was the procedure/technique that transformed the ferocious criminal like Angulimaal (in the
imes of Lord Buddha) into a peaceful and non violent human being. Therefore, Brahm Gyan

Getting Inspired for Inner Revolution Through Monthly Spiritual Programs

Since from childwood, we want to achieve so much, we have big dreams, we want to change so much around the world and want to create difference but we often forget that every change, every difference, starts from within. Until and unless our mind becomes completely healthy, it will lead us to nothing instead of failure and frustration. It is basically root of our mind, it causes lot of problems. Once we get power to control our mind, once we know how to come out of all the negativity, then it becomes easier to transform ourselves from within. Always our mind becomes our best friend and makes us to take right decisions and create difference in the society.

But the question is how we get power to control our mind? Answer is very simple, by realising our truth that is the soul within. The Soul is a part of a person that is believed to give life to the body and believed to live forever. Being a human it is our right to experience him within. Only a perfect master can bestow this Divine Knowledge- Brahm Gyan to a seeker. Once you realising your soul and learn the real part of meditation surely you understand the source of inner peace and happiness.

The Soul directs your mind for our senses and leads us to the path of propriety. Brahmgyan and meditation raises our level of awareness and elevates power to discrinate between right or wrong.

In his point of view, no one is honest in the village. Then merchant took all his ornaments to the saint and asked him to help him. Positive and Motivational Life Quotes

There are lot of “Positive and Motivational Life Quotes”from those quotes we can get a inspiration in our life. By seeing other people success, overcome adversity, hearing inspirational quotes from great achiever. For us beauty of nature can also remind us, how we are lucky to be alive.

For us it is easy to forget what an amazing gift life really is. Having a positive thinking in a life is a  crucial part to find find inspiration. Our lives are nothing but a cosmic blink. An ultimate Remedy to stress - peace and spirituality

Calculate your score for the following questionnaire:

  • Feel tired or fatigued even after taking adequate sleep?
  • Experience frequent mood swings?
  • Face difficulty in taking decisions?
  • Face problem in concentration and remembering important things?
  • Experience headache, stomach disorders, and restlessness?
  • Fall short of time often and have to rush to get the job completed?
  • Unable to perform tasks well?
  • Observe changes in appetite– desire to binge or loss of appetite?
  •  Lack the zeal and spirit to deal with the situations in life?
  • Even trifle matters annoy you or make you upset?
